Before first Use
Take the unit out of the packaging. Keep packaging materials out of
reach of small children. There is risk of suffocation!
For safety reasons the torch is delivered without gas. To fill in the torch,
please take commercial pressurised butane can. Notice: Never attempt
to unscrew the filling valve (E) on the bottom. There is danger of injury!
Filling in the tank
Use only commercial pressured butane can for filling. Shake the
pressurized can a few times before filling the torch.
1. Make sure the torch is switched off.
2. Hold the torch on the bottom with one
hand. The filling valve (E) is now on the
top.
3. Attach the correct reducing piece on the
valve and press the can onto the valve. For
better air bleeding from inside of the tank,
please pump some times.
4. It takes approx. 10 sec. to fill the tank
completely. Wait some minutes before
using the torch. According to the changing temperature and pres-
sure ratio the gas has to stabilise.
Ignition
1. Turn the air regulator (B) until the air inlet is completely opened.
2. Turn the gas volume regulator (C) in direction to the arrow until you
hear gas exhausting and then press the trigger (D).
3. If there is still no ignition, press the trigger (D) for several times.
4. Adjust the gas volume with the gas volume regulator (C) and turn
the air regulator (B) in order to adjust the flame intensity.
