(GB) 034-972 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove
the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Dismount the spare wheel.
3.
Dismount the bumper / underrun protection device.
4.
Remove the bumper-supporting plates, they will no longer be used.
5.
Check the thread pitch of the removed screws, later select the screws needed at points „a"
an „b" accordingly.
6.
Loosely fix the accessory plates (4,5) to the frame member at points „a" with the attached
bonding in accordance with the drawing. Take care that you select the screws suitable for the
thread pitch.
7.
Loosely fix the accessory plates (6,7) to the frame member at points „b" with the attached
bonding in accordance with the drawing. Take care that you select the screws suitable for the
thread pitch.
8.
Loosely fix the accessory (6,7) at points „c" to accessory plates (4,5) with the attached
bonding in accordance with the drawing.
9.
Loosely fix the accessory (8) at points „d" to accessory plates (4,5) with the attached bonding
in accordance with the drawing.
10. Loosely fix the crossbar (1) at points „e" with the attached bonding units in accordance with
the drawing.
11. Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

12. Loosely fix the underrun protection device to accessories (4,5) at point „f" with the attached
bonding units, align it to the position being nearest to the forepart of vehicle.
13. Mount the towing ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the crossbar.
14. Tighten all the screws:

15. Remount the spare wheel. The spare wheel will touch the crossbar (1), it will not cause any
damage in the spare wheel and towing hook.
16. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

18. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 034-972 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Engedje le a pótkereket.
3.
Szerelje le a lökhárítót / aláfutás gátlót.
4.
Távolítsa el a lökhárító tartó lemezeket, erre a továbbiakban nem lesz szükség
5.
Ellenőrizze az eltávolított csavarok menetemelkedését, Későbbiekben ennek megfelelően
válassza ki az „a" és „b" pontokon szükséges csavarokat.
6.
Lazán rögzítse a tartozéklemezeket (4,5) az alvázgerendához az „a" pontokon, a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján. Ügyeljen, hogy a menetemelkedésnek megfelelő csavarokat
válassza
7.
Lazán rögzítse az tartozéklemezeket (6,7) az alvázgerendához a „b" pontokon, a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján. Ügyeljen, hogy a menetemelkedésnek megfelelő csavarokat
válassza
8.
Lazán rögzítse a tartozéklemezeket (6,7) a (4,5) tartozékokhoz, a „c" ponton a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel.
9.
Lazán rögzítse a tartozékot (8) a „d" pontokon a (4,5) tartozéklemezekhez, a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
10. Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) az oldallemezekhez a „e" pontokon, a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
11. Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

12. Lazán rögzítse az aláfutás gátlót a (4,5) tartozékokhoz, a „f" ponton a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel, igazítsa a gépkocsi orrához legközelebbi pozícióba.
13. Szerelje a vonógömböt (2) és a dugaljtartó lemezt (3) a vonóhorogtestre.
14. Húzza fixre a csavarokat:

15. Szerelje vissza a pótkereket. A pótkerék érintkezni fog a vonóhorog testtel (1), ez a
pótkerékben és a vonóhorogban sérülést nem okoz.
16. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak feszességét
ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
17. Az ACPS Automotive garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
18. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
