EXPANSION VESSEL - SAFETY VALVE KIT
This instruction manual supplements the manual for the boiler in which this kit is installed. Refer to that manual for all
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION and PRECAUTIONS.
1 DESCRIPTION OF THE KIT
This EXPANSION VESSEL - SAFETY VALVE KIT installs a 4 litre
expansion vessel and a safety valve calibrated for 6 bar in the
ATRB 120 N storage cylinder.

3 INSTALLATION
This kit must only be installed by the manufacturer's Technical As-
sistance Service or by a professionally qualified heating engineer.
Before commencing installation:
− Turn the boiler's main power switch OFF to switch off
− electrical power;
− Make sure that the domestic hot water circuit shut-off cocks
are closed;
− Drain the secondary circuit (DHW side) as instructed in the
storage cylinder's own instruction manual.
− Remove the front and top panels from the casing.

− Fix the bracket (A) to the expansion vessel (B) using the
screws (C) provided in the kit.

− Position the expansion vessel (B) inside the storage cylin-
der and fix the bracket (A) to the left side panel of the ca-
sing with the screws (C).

− Connect the safety valve (D) to the pipe (E) using the seal
(F) to ensure a water-tight join.
