Safety instructions
The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage in the following cases:
Damage to the product resulting from mechanical influences
Alterations to the product without express permission from the manu-
facturer
Use for purposes other than those described in the operating manual

General safety

Never pull the plug out of the socket by the connection cable.
If the connection cable is damaged, you must replace it to avoid
hazards.
Do not leave the connection cable dangling and do not lay it
over edges or corners.
Disconnect the connection cable
– before cleaning and maintenance.
– in the event of faults.
– if the power supply line of the coffee maker is damaged.
– if the appliance is not working properly.
Do not stand the appliance on hot surfaces and avoid any prox-
imity to naked flame.
Do not operate the appliance if it is visibly damaged.
Store all unattached parts of the appliance before starting your
journey.
Never fill up water into the appliance when it is hot. Turn the ap-
pliance off and leave it to cool down for approx. 10 mins.
This appliance may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Im-
proper repairs can lead to considerable hazards.
Should your appliance need to be repaired, please contact cus-
tomer services.
