La testa viene montata al posto del cappuccio di protezione 1 stringendo moderatamente la ghiera sul corpo con la

manopola in posizione di massima apertura. La sonda va inserita nell'apposito pozzetto 4 e fissata allo stesso stringendo
l'apposita vite. La sonda deve essere manovrata con cautela, evitando pieghe troppo brusche del capillare che potrebbe
danneggiarsi. I valori di taratura della temperatura sulla manopola della testa termostatica sono indicativi: il valore esatto
della temperatura dell'acqua entrante nel pannello si può leggere sul termometro T3.
– Per facilitare l'alloggiamento della pompa si consiglia di allentare il dado contrassegnato con ** e di serrarlo subito dopo il montaggio della stessa.
– La manovra dei rubinetti a sfera di intercettazione della pompa si effettua con una chiave a brugola da 6 mm.
– La regolazione della valvola di bilanciamento 3 si effettua ruotando il tamburo graduato per mezzo di una chiave a brugola da 6 mm fino al valore
desiderato.
– La regolazione della valvola di by-pass (ove prevista) si effettua ruotando la manopola 6 in modo da fare collimare l'estremità della manopola con il
valore desiderato di ∆p, stampato direttamente sul canotto porta manopola.
– Prima di mettere in pressione il gruppo accertarsi che i 3 raccordi contrassegnati con il simbolo * siano serrati in modo adeguato.
– Prima della messa in funzione assicurarsi che la direzione di spinta della pompa sia da 2a a 2b (vedi frecce indicate sulla pompa e sul tronchetto) e
che le valvole di intercettazione 2 siano entrambe in posizione di apertura (taglio in posizione verticale). Lo stesso vale per la valvola di
intercettazione 5 (svitare il cappuccio esagonale e con una chiave a brugola da 5 mm aprire completamente l'otturatore).
Ove previsto: tronchetto dima in ferro zincato 10, con guarnizioni 10a, con il quale è possibile eseguire il collaudo dell'impianto, senza la
necessità di montare la pompa, che può essere alloggiata ad impianto ultimato.
Riempimento dell'impianto
Per consentire un adeguato riempimento dell'impianto è necessario adottare la seguente procedura: in primo luogo, chiudere una delle
due valvole di intercettazione della pompa (2a o 2b), quindi chiudere la valvola di intercettazione COMBIMIX 5 e procedere di seguito al
riempimento del sistema attraverso il rubinetto di carico-scarico dell'impianto 8a.
Mount the head in the place of protective cap 1 and moderately tighten the ring nut on the body, with the knob set on the

fully-open position. Fit the probe into the pocket 4 and secure it by the relative screw. Handle the probe with care and be
careful not to damage the capillary by over-bending it. The temperature calibration values on the knob of the thermostatic
head are indicative: the exact temperature of the water flow to the panel can be read on thermometer T3.
– To make pump installation easier, loosen the nut indicated with ** and tighten it immediately after assembly.
– To operate the pump isolation ball valves, use a 6-mm Allen key.
– Adjust the balancing valve 3 by turning the graduated selector to the required value with a 6-mm Allen key.
– Adjust the by-pass valve (where provided) by turning knob 6 so that the tip of the knob matches the required ∆p value marked on the sleeve of the
knob.
– Before pressurising the system, make sure that the 3 fittings indicated with * are tightened enough.
– Before start-up, make sure that pump flow direction is from 2a to 2b (see arrows marked on the pump or on the spacer tube) and that isolation
valves 2 are both open (vertical notch), as well as isolation valve 5 (remove the cap and fully open the valve using a 5-mm Allen key).
Where provided: spacer in galvanised steel 10 with gaskets 10a, used to test the system before mounting the pump, which can be
installed after the plant set-up has been completed.
Filling the system
In order to properly fill the system, the following procedure must be followed. First of all, close either of the two pump isolation valves
(2a or 2b); then close the COMBIMIX isolation valve 5; finally, fill the system through the fill-and-drain valve 8a.

demselben mir der eigens dazu bestimmten Schraube befestigt. Die Tauchhülse muss vorsichtig bewegt werden, man
sollte zu heftige Biegungen der Kapillare vermeiden, da er dadurch beschädigt werden könnte. Die Einstellwerte der
Temperatur am Griff des Thermostatkopfes dienen als Angabe: der genaue Temperaturwert des in den Heizkörper
einfließenden Wassers kann am Thermometer T3 abgelesen werden.
– Um den Einsatz der Pumpe zu erleichtern, empfiehlt es sich, die mit ** bezeichnete Mutter zu lockern und sofort nach der Montage wieder
festzuziehen.
– Die Bewegung der Sperr-Kugelhähne der Pumpe wird mit einem 6 mm Sechskantschlüssel ausgeführt.
– Die Einstellung des Ausgleichsventils 3 erfolgt auf diese Weise: die graduierte Trommel mit einem 6 mm Sechskantschlüssel bis zum gewünschten
Wert drehen.
– Die Einstellung des Bypassventils (wo vorhanden) erfolgt durch Drehung des Griffes 6, um das Ende des Griffes mit dem gewünschten ∆p -Wert
gleichzustellen, der direkt auf dem Griffhalterrohr gedruckt ist.
