4 Installation
Before starting to blast:

Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor
package.

Lift out the filter and the dust bucket.

Connect the hose to the blasting machine.
4 Fill with blasting material (5 l).

Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor
package.

Connect compressed air to the blasting gun.
7
Connect the blasting machine to a socket for the
intended voltage.
8 Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasting gun.

• Use the necessary personal safety equip-
ment.
• It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasting
gun towards people or animals. It must only
be pointed towards the workpiece intended
to be blasted.
• The blaster sand may cause irreparable dam-
age to the eyes and body parts.

Put on the required safety equipment.

Move the blasting gun towards the workpiece. You
must never point the gun at yourself nor at any-
one else.

Start blasting by pressing the trigger and keeping
it pressed. Blasting stops when you let go of the
trigger.
6 Maintenance
6.1 Replacing filter/Refilling blasting
material
Inspect the filter regularly and replace it if the filter is
worn and/or the suction capacity is low.
Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn off
the compressed air.

Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor
package.

Lift out the dust bucket and the filter. Replace, if
necessary.

Fill with blasting material (5 l).
4 Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor
package.

Re-connect the machine to the mains.

Turn on the compressed air again.

Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the
materials that have been blasted. Follow applic-
able waste regulations. Contact your local author-
ities for guidance.
