• Assembly, settings, modifications, extensions or repairs were not
carried out by Invicon specialist personnel or authorised specialist
companies.
• The electrical system in the rooms in which the device is operated
does not correspond to the valid laws or rules.
• The ambient conditions in which the device is stored or used do not
correspond to the conditions listed in the "Technical data" section.
• Disaster situations as a result of foul play, accident, vandalism or
force majeure.
The following components are excluded from the guarantee:
• LED light sources
• LED indicators
• Switches
• Accessories
The following damage is excluded from the guarantee:
• Transport damage
• Damage resulting from improper use or neglect
• Damage resulting from connection to a voltage that the device is not
designed for
9.3 Guarantee claim procedure
The guarantee is only valid if the guarantee certificate provided with
the unit is completed in full, including proof of purchase with date of
purchase, and delivered to our company headquarters or an autho-
rised Invicon chemical solutions sales partner within 15 days of the
date of purchase.
In the event of a guarantee claim, the customer must provide the
device to Invicon chemical solutions or the Invicon sales partner, and
must supply the following information:
• Name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the buyer
• Name and contact details of the Invicon distributor
• Serial number of the device
• Proof of purchase for the device (delivery note)
• Detailed description of the malfunction
