This manual provides instructions concerning installation, operation and safety of the portable
Low-Temperature cooker. We recommend you read all the instructions concerning safety,
operation and installation before installing and starting the machine.
The portable Low-Temperature cooker is a product based on extensive research and practical
testing. The materials have been selected for duration, an attractive aspect and optimal
performance.
Each unit is inspected in detail before being shipped.
IMPORTANT!
If the unit changes ownership, be sure this manual accompanies the equipment.
1.- Connect the portable Low-Temperature cooker to an
electricity outlet with adequate connection voltage, size and
configuration. If the plug does not fit into the outlet, please
contact an authorised electrician to determine adequate
voltage and size and install and adequate electricity power
supply.
2.- To avoid any injury, switch off the mains switch, unplug the
unit from the power supply and let it cool before carrying out
any maintenance task.
