For the DAT air curtain to continue working properly, the unit must be maintained according to the
below schedule:
• weekly
Inspect the exterior of the unit.
• quarterly
Test and inspect the unit's suspended construction system. This system may not show any clearance
or corrosion.
Check the interior of the unit for contamination and corrosion.
Inspect the electrical connections. The cables must be properly fixed, and the cable sheathing must
be intact.
• every 3 to 12 months, depending on degree of contamination
Clean the interior of the unit as well as the fans.
Do NOT lubricate the motors!
• yearly
Test the overall working of the unit.
Inspect the control components.
WARNING:
- Do NOT perform any maintenance on any unit unless you are qualified to do so.
- Switch off the power supply to the unit before starting to perform any maintenance work.
