WHAT DO I DO IF THE SANDER DOES NOT START?
Ensure that the sander is plugged in and switched on with the Switch Key inserted.
If the Switch Key is not working, replace it and try again.
If the sander still does not start, there could be a wiring problem, take the sander to a
qualified professional to be fixed.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE MOTOR SLOWS WHEN SANDING?
The Drive Belt may be too tight therefore loosen the tension.
Too much pressure may be being applied to the workpiece causing the belt to slow, apply
less pressure.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE SANDING BELT RUNS OFF DRUMS?
The belt is not tracking properly, readjust the tracking and try again.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE SANDER MAKES EXCESSIVE NOISE?
The Timing Belt maybe too tight or the bearings need oil. Decrease the tension in the belt
and oil the bearings.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE WOOD BURNS WHILE SANDING?
If this is happening, then refrain from leaving the wood on the belt for long periods of time.
There could be some debris on the pad or belt, remove the debris and try again.
