1. Charge the igniter battery sufficiently before use.
2. Before lighting your barbecue, make a small pile or pyramid of charcoal
so that the heat can spread more easily after you light the charcoal.
2. Set the igniter to position II (high temperature) and touch the charcoal
until it starts to glow red hot.
* Ideally, start the fire where several pieces of charcoal come together.
* If you want to grill at a high temperature, create multiple ignition points
so that the fire will immediately reach high temperatures.
* If you want to grill at lower temperatures (low & slow), light only one
single ignition point so that the charcoal burns gradually and at a lower
temperature.
