Electrical architecture
On the PROCOM 2 and CYCLIC 2020 vacuum unit control boxes, there is a forced operation button for each
vacuum pump.
This button enables to force the operation by bypassing the PROCOM 2 or CYCLIC 2020 electronic and the
back-up vacuum switches.
This allows only temporary repairs or testing of each vacuum pump.
The auxiliary box of the HOSPIVAC C3 E25 to E200 includes the thermal management of the cabin from the
2 electrical sources: fan(s), radiator and air conditioning if necessary.
These elements are directly controlled and electrically protected by the wall-mounted control box for the
HOSPIVAC C3 E300.
INSTALLATIONS
7.1.
Constraints and recommendations for outside installation
The cabin must be installed on a plane and full concrete slab to prevent its settling and the proliferation of
flora.
It should be installed in a non-floodable area.
Ensure drainage of water from the slab.
Outside temperature: from -20°C to +35°C
Maximum altitude: 2000 meters.
Humidity: briefly 100% at 25°C.
Protection index: IP 24 closed cabin / IP 20 open cabin.
Snow: to foresee the snow clearance of the cabin accesses during snowfall.
Regular cleaning of cabin accesses (leaves, gravels, sands, bags, papers...) and suction grids.
The cabin should not receive other elements only those envisaged with its own operation.
The cabin must be fixed on the concrete slab.
During operation, the doors must be closed with key, turn off the light.
If main valves are installed outside, it is necessary to prohibit the access to the non-authorized personnel.
Ventilation: respect the minimum distances of installation.
