Stock product warranty policy
The distributor is solely responsible for any broken or lost inventory parts and will take the
necessary precautions for proper storage. If while a part is in stock and a claim is made, it
will not be accepted unless a defect is detected. Claims will not be accepted if improper
storage is at fault.
Demo or location warranty policy
We realize that demonstrations are at times necessary for promoting sales. Distributors must
insure that the designated product for demonstration is in perfect working order.
A product used for demonstrations for less than fifty (50) hours is considered as new for
warranty validation.
For a demo product that has been used for over fifty (50) hours, will have its warranty adjusted
accordingly.
For rental products, our standard warranty policy is applicable.
