Reception and Install for the Felling Head
• Delivery racking
The racking used for delivery remains the property of GN and will be recovered by
o
our representative at the next visit.
• Connection hoses
All connecting hoses (8) have all identified by 8 tie-raps of different colors.
o
Please refer to the identification sheet before processing the hose connection.
• Pressure
The rotation system, the grabs arms and the accumulation arms run with a pressure
o
of 3200 lbs. Please adjust the pressure from the carrier as a result.
The initial pressure test was performed in the factory beforehand.
Saw motor is "varied flow" type and works with an independent pressure.
o
The pressure of the engine is protected by «compensating valves».
The pressure and speed test were performed in the factory beforehand.

• Lubrification
A complete lubricating at all locations was carried out in advance in the factory.
o
• Warranty certificat
Make sure that the certificate of registration contains all necessary information and
o
all appropriate signatures.

• Confirmation of installation to GN
After complete installation of the saw head, please contact our representative to
o
confirm the delivery to the client.
