Parts not covered by warranty
•
Current consumables parts: oil, grease, saw teeth, saw, saw teeth retaining segments,
butt-plate, wear on skid plate, elastics, bolts, nuts washers, bearings, anti-waves, hoses,
unions, swivels adapters, accessory parts, such as, saw protector guard and other normal
part wear.
•
Replaced parts: replaced or repaired parts are warranted only for the period of the residual
warranty of the saw head;
•
Transportation costs back & forth of equipment or parts of equipment;
•
Time lost or loss of income that occurs because of failed equipment;
•
Damage caused by abusive use or maintenance not in conformity with GN maintenance
manuals;
•
All fees related to modifications or repairs performed without previous authorisation from
GN Roy Inc.
Other circumstances not covered by warranty
•
Damaged products caused by shipping or storage;
•
Abuse, negligence, accidents, robbery or fire;
•
Property transfers must be reported and authorised by GN Roy;
•
Damage caused by defective hydraulic system including but not limited to hoses;
•
Motors, valves or computer opened without GN Roy Inc.'s consent;
•
Parts with missing or altered serial numbers.
