BATTERY CHARGING (A)
p
Do not use any chargers other than the one supplied.
Z
All repairs or battery replacements should be performed by an Authorised Technical Service.
Z
When charging, the charger heats up slightly. This is normal, unless it heats up excessively.
Z
Before the first use, it is advisable to charge the batteries completely. This charge will take 5
hours.
1 Set switch (3) to the O – "Off" position
i
It will also charge if the switch is left in position I or Turbo (II). However, when the unit is
unplugged in this position it will start automatically. Make sure switch (3) is in the O position
before unplugging the charger cable.
2 Place the vacuum cleaner in a stable position. To do this:
Slot the catch located on the joint between the main body and the suction head (20) into its
housing and insert the rear of the handgrip into the wall mount (26), the vacuum cleaner will
remain upright
3 Plug the charger cable (25) into the charge connector (8)
4 Plug the charger into the mains socket
i
The LED indicator (2) will light red while it is charging. When the charge is between 80 to
100% it will flash green and will switch off when the charge is completed.
5 After charging, unplug the charger from the wall socket and the unit. Store it in a safe place for
future charges. The unit is now ready for use.
RECOMMENDATIONS TO PROLONG BATTERY LIFE
• Do not leave the charger connected for extended periods of time. Unplug it after charging.

for maximum battery usage time.
