General
In general, observe the safety regulations and instructions: refer to the operation manual.
The disassembly and re-assembly is done only according to the technical drawing.
In case of damages, our service is at your disposal.
Do not disassemble the tool until you know whether the problem is in one of the modules.
Then disassemble the tool only as necessary to repair as required. Keep contaminants such
as dirt and grit away from the internal parts at all times.
Always identify and correct the cause of the problem prior to re-assembling. Further wear
and tool failure can result, if the original cause is not corrected.
Information for exact identification of the problem is given in the unit "Troubleshooting" of the
operation manual.
Notice: The particular installation direction of the parts mentioned in the following process
instructions is indicated in the drawings and the parts lists at the end of this instruction.
Reensamblaje
Antes de comenzar el reensamblaje, verifique todas las piezas en busca de desgaste y
reemplácelas si es necesario. Las piezas de desgaste son, en particular, juntas tóricas, juntas
de eje radial y cojinetes.
Recomendamos cambiar la grasa de la caja de engranajes después de 300 horas de
funcionamiento.
Utilice únicamente grasa para engranajes de uso especial:
Clase de consistencia (DIN 51818)
Tipo de saponificación
Penetración trabajada
Rango de temperatura
La cantidad adecuada de grasa es muy importante desde el punto de vista de una buena
lubricación y una baja generación de calor.
Deben cumplirse las cantidades de grasa que se indican en la siguiente tabla:
En la carcasa del cigüeñal
En el engranaje cónico
En el engranaje recto
En el engranaje planetario
Despiece
Solo se pueden utilizar repuestos originales. No hay garantía por daños y se exime de
responsabilidad si se utilizan repuestos y accesorios no originales.
