INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Disconnect power at the breaker or fuse panel before
installing unit. Power switch should be in the Off position.
1. Locate an outlet with proper clearances. It is not recommended
to use a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) equipped outlet.
2. Remove the cover of the PHX by removing the 2 side screws.
Remove cover from unit.
4. Insert PHX into outlet and secure with screw
provided. Install ActivePure Cell, see pg 6.
5. Return cover to unit and put the side screws (or optional torx security screws) back into place.
The plug on
the back of the
PHX can rotate
90º or 180º to
fit your outlet.
3. Remove the screw from
outlet faceplate (Leave
faceplate on outlet.).
