12 Troubleshooting
If the device does not operate as intended, check the table below for information.
Symptom
The device cannot be switched on. The device is not being supplied with power.
No sound can be heard.
The display does not switch on.
Poor reception via DAB+/FM.
The device cannot be operated.
Device automatically switches to
standby
If the malfunction has not been resolved, even after performing the checks described,
please contact the Technical Hotline.

Possible cause/remedy
Connect the power supply unit correctly to the
socket and to the device.
Increase the volume.
Disconnect the unit from the mains for a short time.
Change the position of the antenna or the
DIGITRADIO 50 SE.
Disconnect the device from the power supply and
then reconnect it.
The auto standby function switches the device
to standby after approx. 15 minutes if there is no
playback or if the volume is reduced.
