Setting-up the Feed Mill

 Select a suitable and dry work place for operating the feed
mill. Only operate the feed mill on a hard and level ground.
 Make sure the feed mill is positioned at a sufficient distance
from walls and other objects during operation.
 Keep the feed mill dry at any time. The ambient working
temperature should be from 0 – 40° C.
 Carefully unpack the feed mill and keep packaging materials
out of range of children. There is danger of suffocation!

Hints

 Only use pure grist for milling without dirt and stones.
Otherwise the grinder might be damaged.
 Do not operate the feed mill when empty.
 Only mill dry grist.
 Do not mill already milled animal food a second time.

Safety Switches

Attention! The motor unit is equipped with
two contact safety switches.
If the contact safety switches are not fully
pressed down, the motor will not start up.
The safety switches are fully pressed
down when the wing screws of the sieve
are tightly screwed on the unit.
Make sure the contact safety switches are
not blocked by dust and dirt. If necessary
clean the safety switched before use.
