6.1.c - PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORKS

These operations must be carried out by special-
ized technical staff with the machine cold and the
power cut.
Every 200 hours
6.1.c.a - Rack greasing (Fig. 2)
•
Remove the rear panel (1) by undoing the relative
screws.
•
Grease the rack (2) using a cloth and Black High
Temperature Grease.
•
Refit the panel (1).
6.1.d - MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS AS NEEDED
DANGER
These operations must be carried out by special-
ized technical staff with the machine cold and the
power cut; if the power needs to be on, operate with
extreme care.
6.1.d.a - Checking parallelism between the two
dishes (Fig. 3)
•
Lower the upper dish (1) as close as possible to the
lower dish (2) but without them touching; adjust the
thickness using the knob (3) then turn off the machine
by setting the switch (4) to "0".
•
Use a 0.1 to 1mm thickness gauge and check the
distance between the two dishes (1) and (2) at the
four points (5).
•
If the distance needs to be adjusted, loosen the lock
nut (6) and loosen or tighten the screw (7), then
tighten the lock nut.
