Appliquez l'« autocollant de perçage A » (403-
0369) à l'intérieur du coffrage et assurez-vous que
l'autocollant se trouve dans une position correcte,
avec le côté droit au-dessus.
Déterminez X et Y en fonction du diamètre externe
des lamelles ainsi que du type d'installation.
Étape 19 : Fixez l'« assemblage de la bride
avant ».

Retirez l'auto-
collant A
Montez l'« assemblage à bride avant » à l'intérieur
de la paroi du coffrage en utilisant les boulons M8.
Veillez alors à ce qu'il n'y ait aucun espace entre la
bride avant et le coffrage.

Étape 20 : Déversement du béton.
Étape 21 : Dévissez les « vis de fi xation ».

Aussitôt que le béton est durci, les vis de fi xation peuvent être dévissées (côtés moteur et palier).
Puis, le coffrage peut être retiré. Nettoyez les deux « brides avant », afi n d'enlever toutes les impuretés et/ou
la poussière.
Étape 23 : Appliquez la « peinture d'étan-
chéité ».
Avant l'installation des « fonds du support », la peinture
d'étanchéité peut être appliquée à l'intérieur de la
piscine. Assurez-vous que les trous dans les « brides
avant SST » ne sont pas remplies de débris, étant
donné qu'elles seront utilisées lors de l'installation du
« fond du support ». Utilisez l'adhésif pour les fermer.
Étape 22 : Retirez le « coffrage » en béton.
Étape 24 : Montez le « fond du support ».

Aussitôt que la peinture est sèche, le « fond du
support » peut être installé sur la « bride avant SST » à
l'aide de six des boulons fournis « M8 x 16 mm » (504-
0187) et de six « rondelles en nylon » (504-0141).
Assurez-vous que le « fond du support » est installé
correctement en serrant suffi samment les boulons.
