Responsibility for the environment
Some parts of the straightener can be recycled.
1. To make use of the guarantee service, you must be able to present a valid proof of purchase.
2. The guarantee service does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, non-compliance with the instructions for use of the steam straightener,
failure to use the voltage or current specified by the product, or repair by yourself or an unauthorized party.
3. Maintenance service does not include repair or replacement for normal wear and tear and use as well as the following:
(1) improper use of water;
(2) any fault caused by a special additive not supplied by our company in the injected water;
(3) damage caused by excessive voltage or frequency error;
(4) accidents such as fire, flood and electric shock;
(5) damage caused by unauthorized modification, improper use or neglect;
