Using Your Mixer
1. Make sure mixer is
unplugged and speed
control is set to 0 (OFF).
Insert beaters. Then plug
mixer into electrical outlet.
Place beaters into bowl.

desired speed, starting at
1 and increasing to a
higher speed if necessary.
