Converter
Applications:
Voltage converter for generating standard
24V voltages for a 24V ABS device from a
12V or 24V towing vehicle. The converter is
designed for mounting on the trailer. The
pins 6 and 7 for data transfer are not allo-
cated.
The ABS Converter PSM must be mounted in
a suitable place. The converter is waterproof
and protected in the rack. The mounting
place must be near the 24V trailer ABS in-
put socket. The output cable of the converter
must reach to the trailer socket. The rack
must be mounted with the cover hinge joints
at the top like every socket. If the converter
is not connected to the trailer, the plug must
be inserted in the parking socket to prevent
contamination!
ImPoRTANT
The converter can only be used on
the trailer side. If the converter is
used on the towing vehicle, it will
be ineffective.

Note:
+15 enables the boost function of +30. Thus,
in off-state ignition, the 12V voltage remains
present. This is system related and is not an
incorrect function. Slow discharging of the
battery or an error will not happen.
