Connect/Solder the speed controller to the motor.
If the motor does not have the correct direction of
rotation, interchange 2 of the 3 conductors.
Make two openings in the rectangular areas marked
out on the back of the harness.
Same on the pilot at the back, in order to make the
two screws accessible
Position the motor support on the two screws
