!
service and maintenance as staff have to locate themselves within the machine's
risk area. Prevent accidents by being alert and by planning and preparing the work.
The engine should be switched off during operations described in this chapter
unless otherwise stated.
All checks involving electric components should only be performed by a licensed

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
The machine has no incomming or
outgoing power.
Damaged cables.
This often indicates a problem with
one of the three vacuum motors.
Primary filters are blocked.
Secondary filter is blocked.
One or more vacuum motors is not
working.
Flap on collection cone is not
closing properly.
Secondary filters not properly
installed.
Secondary filters need replacing.
Steps
Check for small holes or perforations in
the primary filter. Repair with silicone
sealant after cleaning with compressed
air or vaccum. Check assembly of
primary filter seal.
Regular replacement
Secondary filter may be washed with
water. Ensure the filter is dry prior to re-
installation. On re-installation ensure
seal is firmly pressed against the steel
vaccum motor mouning plate.
Possible action
Check that the power cable is connected and the
machine turned on.
If machine still will not run, remove cover from
control box and test for presence of power supply
at stop/run switch.
Have a licensed electrician check the presence
of power at the top of the left side contactor. If no
power at the contactors, test for presence of
power at the power source.
Contact a licensed electrician.
One or more motors may need replacing.
Press VIBRATE button for 5 seconds to make
sure filter socks are clean.
If large amounts of dust is collecting in secondary
filter it is most likely primary filters need
replacing.
Remove the vacuum motor housing to inspect if
motors are turning when switched on. If not
contact local service agent.
Remove obstruction between flap and collection
