• If you have gone through all the proper installation steps and
the plow system still won't latch; loosen the (
hex bolt that the front latching hook pivots on. Leave the bolt
loose and manually try and latch the rear pivot to the mount
plate. Then with everything latched, retighten the bolt.
PROBLEM :
The plow frame is dragging on the ground during
plowing.
SOLUTION :
• Remove the plow frame from the mount plate. Remove the
bolts that the rear pivot are pivoting on, and reinstall them in
the lower holes.
PROBLEM :
The electric lift hits the bumper or brushguard
when fully raised.
SOLUTION :
• Locate the two hex socket machine screws on the lower
frame that are contacted by the front of the rear pivot. Raise
these machine screws up until the interference is removed.
