Warning notes
1. The set contains small parts which could cause injury if swallowed; these parts must be kept
well away from children under three years of age.
2. Do not operate the Fun Chinook if another radio-controlled model is already in use on the
same channel (the channel (A-B-C) has to be selected at the transmitter and must match the
label on the model).
3. Do not fly the model in the open air. Fly in unobstructed spaces only.
4. Ensure that the batteries you use are either new or fully charged.
5. Do not attempt to dismantle or modify any of the parts supplied; this applies in particular to
the transmitter and the flight battery.
6. Do not allow water or damp to get inside the components, as this could damage the
electronics.
7. Take care to keep fingers, hair and loose clothing away from the rotors.
8. Remember to switch the model off when it is not in use.
9. Do not remove the flight battery, do not subject it to great heat, and do not dispose of it in a
fire.
10. Use only the transmitter and the battery charger supplied in the set.
11. We advise supervision by an adult. Children must be made aware of the hazards inherent in
handling this model.
Safety notes regarding batteries
• Never attempt to recharge batteries which are not explicitly stated to be rechargeable.
• Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the device for charging, unless the
instructions expressly state otherwise.
• Rechargeable batteries may only be recharged under the supervision of an adult.
• Never use different types of dry cell together, nor a mixture of new and used cells.
• Use only the recommended type of dry cell, or its exact equivalent.
• Be sure to install the dry cells with correct polarity.
• When dry cells are exhausted, remove them from the device immediately.
• Take care not to short-circuit the battery terminals.
