Wire Size
■ Wire size is dependent on the distance between the pump
and power source. Actual wire sizes should be calculated
according to installation. Refer to Fig. 3.
■ Excess wire can be cut to length.
Connect Electrical
Refer to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
1. Locate the power source (battery or other main power source)
where the electrical connection will be made
2. Disconnect positive wires(s) to the RV battery
3. Attach the switch box
4. Route and connect the black and blue switch box wires to
the short black

supplied electrical connectors. To seal heat shrink connec-
tors, heat the connectors after wires are connected. Connect
additional wiring if required.
5. Route the long black wire (negative)
assembly
to the battery's

to a ground lug on the RV, or to an OEM provided chassis
ground

6. Route the red wire

7. Crimp one end of the fuse holder to the red wire

8. Protect all the wiring for the SANICON® system with a wire
sheath (not provided).
9. Reconnect the positive wire(s) that were removed in Step 2 of
this procedure to the RV's power source.
10. Check system for leaks using gray water.
