Empiler deux quartiers à l'horizontale dans
l'entonnoir. Appuyer modérément sur
le poussoir
Peler et couper en deux; exercer une
pression légère.
Couper pour qu'il entre dans l'entonnoir;
déchiqueter dans le bol. Ajouter le reste des
ingrédients pour préparer une salade
(comme la mayonnaise, le vinaigre et le sel).
Couper en morceaux de 10,2 cm (4 po)
et placer à la verticale dans l'entonnoir
en alternant les extrémités larges et minces.
Placer dans l'entonnoir et déchiqueter.
Couper en morceaux de 1,27 cm ( 1 ⁄ po)

et placer un maximum de 240 ml (1 t)
dans l'entonnoir. Traiter jusqu'à l'obtention
de la consistance voulue.
Couper pour qu'il entre dans l'entonnoir;
exercer une pression légère.
Couper en cubes de 1,27 cm ( 1 ⁄ po) et traiter
