TT10 IN-LINE TURBINE METER
Possible Cause
• Dead batteries
• Damaged electronics
Counter has exceeded 9999 units
Low batteries
• Needs thread sealant
• Cross-threaded port
• Turbine is jammed
• Meter failure
• Air is in the system
• Meter is installed backwards
• Fluid viscosity changed
• Wrong CAL/fluid factor
• Poor calibration
• Air is in the system
• Meter is installed backwards
• Particulates in the fluid
• Turbine is gummed up
• Operating outside flow range of meter
• Calibration error
• Meter may have excessive wear
Damaged electronics or software error
Bad EEPROM
Solution
• Replace batteries
• Replace the meter
Reset display to zero by pressing and
2
holding button
Replace batteries
• Add sealant to the joint
• Replace the meter
• Flush the meter
• Replace the meter
• Ensure meter is full of liquid at all times
• Correct flow direction of the meter
• Use correct CAL/factor
• Recalibrate
• Ensure meter is full of liquid at all times
• Correct flow direction of the meter
• Flush the meter
• Put a screen in front of meter
• Operate within flow range of meter
• Recalibrate with a more accurate container
• Replace the meter
2
• Press and hold button
to reset counter
and then recalibrate meter
• Replace the meter

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION MANUAL
Notes
Seal to electronics is broken if the display
is removed or punctured.
Meter will continue to operate normally.
See Battery Replacement section
Meter will count air. Fluid viscosities will
change with temperature.
40 mesh minimum inlet screen
Indicates fluid calibration accurate
container is out of acceptable range.
Volumetric container may not be accurate
or there is air in the system. Meter may
have excessive wear.
Meter still functions but totals and
calibration will be lost if batteries
are removed.
