Changing the Deflector
Removing the Gearbox

Loosen the clamp screws (1) and

pull the gearbox (2) off the shaft
Removing the Deflector

Loosen the screw (3) and pull the

deflector (4) off the shaft

Fitting New Deflector

Line up the deflector (5) on the
N
flange (6) and push it onto the shaft
as far as the limit stop
Tighten the clamp screws (7)

Installing the Gearbox

While turning the gearbox (2) back

and forth, push it onto the shaft as
far as the limit stop
Line up the gearbox

WARNING
Check the correct position of the
gearbox and adjust if necessary – Risk
of injury from the MultiTool rotating in the
wrong direction!

The axle (1) must be above the shaft (2).
Direction of rotation (3) of the MultiTool.
Adjusting Position of Gearbox if
Required
Loosen clamp screws on the
N
gearbox
Turn the gearbox 180°
N
Line up the gearbox in the correct
N
position
Tighten the two clamp screws on
N
the gearbox in the following
sequence:
Tighten the first screw only slightly
–
Tighten the second screw only
–
slightly
Tighten the first screw securely
–
Tighten the second screw securely
–
