Issue
Bob does not turn on.
The cycle does not start.
Water does not drain out
of Bob.

Possible causes
A fuse has blown in your electrical
system or the circuit breaker has
tripped.
The power supply is not activated.
The door is open.
The door remains open,
impossible to close it.
No water or not enough water in
the tank.
The screen is frozen and the
buttons no longer respond.
The drain hose is bent.
The water outlet is blocked (under
the fi lter).
The drain hose is blocked by a
foreign body/material.
Known solutions
Unplug all other appliances
connected to the same electrical
circuit as Bob. Replace the fuse or
reset the circuit breaker.
Check that the power cord is
properly plugged in at both ends,
into either the wall outlet or on
Bob's side.
Close the door.
Check whether something is
blocking the closing of the door or
the seal. If it is not the case, please
contact the After Sales Service.
If you are in the "integrated tank"
mode: fi ll the tank up until the
signal sounds.
If you are in the "water supply"
mode: check your installation (tap
open, suffi cient pressure).
Wait 3 seconds until Bob has
started. If the screen is still frozen,
disconnect and reconnect Bob.
Check the drain hose and fi x it with
"Bob Easyfi x".
Clean the bottom of the interior
and the fi lters.
Contact the After Sales Service.
