Phillips Head Screwdriver, Wood Glue, Rubber Mallet or Padded Hammer.
Angled end of
side stretcher.
1) Glue the Side Aprons (Ha) to the Back Leg Assembly (V). The square end of the aprons must be toward
the front and the angled end must match the angle on the Back Leg Assembly.
Glue the Side Stretchers (N) into the Back Leg Assembly. See FIGURE 1.

2) Spread glue in the holes in the Front Leg Assembly (W) and attach to the side aprons and side stretch-
ers. Tap firmly in place. See FIGURE 2.
DO NOT LAY THE CHAIR ON ITS BACK WHEN TAPPING THE FRONT LEG ASSEMBLY IN
PLACE AS YOU MAY DAMAGE THE BACK. Quickly remove any glue that may drip out of the
holes.
