Step 4. Magnetic Seals Installation
1 . Carefully remove the installation support blocks (T6) from the hinge door panel
(A).
2 . Install hinge door panel magnetic seal (W) on hinge door panel (A) vertical
edge.
a . The hinge door panel magnetic seal (W) should be flush with both the top
and bottom edges of the hinge door panel (A).
3 . Install fixed panel magnetic seal (X) on fixed panel (B) vertical edge.
a . The fixed panel magnetic seal (X) should be flush with the top edge of the
fixed panel (B).
b . The bottom of the fixed panel magnetic seal (X) should be about 9/16" (14
mm) short of the bottom edge of the fixed panel (B) or sill.
4 . Carefully test that the magnetic seals fully engaged along the vertical length of
the panels.
5 . Carefully adjust the fixed panel's position until desired engagement between
magnetic seals is achieved.
6 . Use the seal installation tool (T5) to seat the fixed panel seal (T) into wall profile
(U).
Étape 4. Installation des joints magnétiques
1 . Retirez avec précaution les blocs de support d'installation (T6) de la porte (A).
2 . Insérez le joint magnétique (W) sur le bord vertical de la porte (A).
a . Le joint magnétique (W) doit être aligné avec les bords supérieur et
inférieur de la porte (A).
3 . Insérez l'autre joint magnétique (X) sur le bord vertical du panneau fixe (B).
a . Le joint magnétique (X) doit être aligné avec le bord supérieur du panneau
fixe (B).
b . Le bas du joint magnétique (X) doit se trouver à environ 9/16 po (14 mm) du
bord inférieur du panneau fixe (B) ou du seuil.
4 . Vérifiez soigneusement que les joints magnétiques sont complètement
engagés sur toute la longueur verticale du panneau fixe et de la porte.
5 . Ajustez soigneusement la position du panneau fixe jusqu'à atteindre
l'engagement souhaité entre les joints magnétiques.
6 . Utilisez l'outil d'installation du joint (T5) pour insérer le joint du panneau fixe (T)
dans le profilé mural (U).
