4. Insert a mounting bolt through the top of the handle
tube base and loosely apply a mounting bracket.
Repeat for other end. See image 4
5. Place the handle tube assembly on the rear cross
bar with the large opening towards the front. Swing the
mounting bracket under the cross bar as shown. See
image 5
6. Insert a second mounting bolt(s) into the remaining
hole and down through the mounting bracket. Secure
fully with the smaller 5/32" wrench. See image 6

7. With the handle tube assembly securely mounted, go back and re-align the two handle holders on the
ends to the forward position. See image 7
8. Lastly, align and install the tip holder on the front cross bar with the lock accessible on the outer edge.
