5. Operation
PROHIBITION! Children and individuals with reduced emotional and/or mental
abilities as well as individuals with significantly reduced physical abilities should
refrain from using tubular motors for safety reasons. The use of tubular motors is
prohibited for individuals who do not have relevant user experience, skills and/or
technical knowledge. In some cases, the use of tubular motors may be allowed following
appropriate technical guidance and health and safety recommendations of a qualified
person responsible for the security of the above-mentioned individuals, or under full
control of authorized guardians. In such case, the risk of subsequent injuries and/or
damages remains sole responsibility of the guardians.
Keep children away from tubular motor and relevant control devices and electric appliances at all
times to avoid injuries and damages.
Avoid any moisture on your tubular motor for safety reasons.
Unplug your tubular motor and disconnect it from all power supplies before mounting, repairs,
service, cleanup, window cleaning, etc.
PROHIBITION! It is strictly prohibited to use power cables with damaged
isolation. Due to critical danger of damaged power cables, only the producer,
service provider or another qualified specialist should replace damaged cables.
Before activating the roller shutter system, make sure the system and its surroundings are free
from all obstacles, and no people remain under the curtain or around operation zone of the shutter.
Before operating the system, make sure you can keep visual control of the whole roller shutter and
its surroundings at all times. Do not let people into operation area until complete shutdown of the
roller shutter system. Do not touch moving parts of the roller shutter!
Please, contact your nearest roller shutter service centre or roller shutter systems supplier for any
operation inquiries that were not clarified within this publication.
ATTENTION! Manual emergency control mechanism is not designed for frequent
use, and has limited life circle.
Only use manual emergency control mechanism when you need to open (close) your roller
shutter system in case of electricity shutdown, repair or other emergency.
ATTENTION! Disconnect tubular motor from all power supplies when using manual
emergency control mechanism.
ATTENTION! In case of any malfunction, contact the nearest service centre
immediately.
6. Warehousing, Transportation and Recycling
Warehousing of products shall be stored packaged in closed and dry rooms. Influence of
atmospheric fallout, direct sunlight is forbidden. Storage period is 3 years from the production date.
All types of closed aboveground transport can carry out the transportation except bumps and
moving inside of transport.
Recycling is performed according to regulatory and legal acts about utilization and
recycling used in country of consumption. Products don't contain any metal of value or
agents, which pose hazard to life, health or environment.
Packing should be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Warranty
1. The Seller guarantees the serviceability of the product under keeping of its service rules and
installation of the product made by the organization authorized by the Seller.
2. During the warranty period the faults through the fault of the Manufacturer or the Organization
authorized by the Seller that carried out the installation of the product are fixed by personnel of
maintenance department of the Organization.
3. The product warranty does not apply in the following cases:
 violation of rules for installation and operation of the product;
 installation, adjustment, repair, reinstallation, or alteration of the product by persons not
