8a) Check that the machine door is closed: handle on
the stopper.
8b) Check that the pneumatic network pressure is
between 7 and 9 bars (100 and 130 psi).
8c) Check that there are no air leaks around the
machine.
8d) Check that the pneumatic connections are made
properly.
8e) Check that the feed pipe is not damaged outside or
inside the machine.
9a) Check that the machine door is open: handle on the

resting on a fl at surface.
12a) Check that it is left to work for at least 10s (door
closed on stopper).
Warning: the viscosity of some injected paints can lead
to fi lling taking more than 10s.
12b) Check that the pneumatic network pressure is
between 7 and 9 bars (100 and 130 psi).
12c) Check that there are no air leaks around the
machine.
12d) Check that the pneumatic connections are made
properly.
12e) Check that the feed pipe is not damaged outside or
inside the machine.
12f) Check the aerosol used is compatible with the Fill-
One machine.
