few minutes to carefully read through these instructions before using the product and keep them for future use.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY:
- Before heating the cushion for the first time, check if the electrical power supply voltage corresponds to the voltage that is
mentioned on the charging plug.
- This appliance must be charged on a flat and dry surface. Do not charge in the upright or in an inclined position. Do not use it
when charging.
- Make sure the power cord is out of the reach of children.
- Use ONLY the supplied charging plug to heat the cushion.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects and do not put too much pressure on the cushion to avoid leakage.
- Disconnect the power plug in case the cushion expands too much.
- Do not immerse in water.
- The charging plug and the cushion itself will be hot after the heating process. We recommend you proceed with caution.
- Make sure your hands are dry when (un)plugging the device.
- Do not pick up the cushion by the power cord while charging.

IMPORTANT

Children or persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments should not be allowed to use this appliance unless they are
being supervised by an adult who is responsible for their safety.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the cushion and the charging plug on a flat and dry surface with the plug facing upward. Open the velcro and
insert the charging plug. Then plug in the power cord to start the heating process.
2. Shake after +- 5 minutes to make sure the contents of the cushion are properly heated throughout.
3. The appliance will stop heating automatically and the indicator light will turn off once the temperature reaches about
50°C. This is usually after 10-15 minutes.
4. Disconnect the power cord and remove the charging plug from the cushion. Close the velcro.
5. The cushion will remain warm for 2 to 5 hours. Repeat the previous steps to heat again.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

- Clean with a wet cloth. Do not put in the washing machine.
- Allow the cushion to cool down before storing it, clean all parts and put them into the original packing box for storage. Do
not store other items on top of it.
DEFECT OR DAMAGE
- In case you suspect that your appliance has a defect or malfunction, if it makes abnormal sounds, leaks, or emits abnormal
odours or smoke or when the appliance itself or the power cord are damaged, call the after-sales service. Do not use it until
it has been checked by a professional. Never try to repair it yourself.
- In accordance with European regulations, waste electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE) cannot be disposed of as regular
household waste. It must be taken to a specialized collection point in your neighborhood.
