CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
2. Remove the blades from the Power Handle before washing.
Slide the blade with a rivet along the slot in the other to
separate the two blades.
3. Wipe the Power Handle with a damp cloth, then dry. Never
immerse in water or other liquid or use abrasives.
4. Wash the blades in warm soapy water, then dry. The blades
can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Caution: Take care when cleaning the blades as they are
extremely sharp.
Note: Do not clean any part of the Electric Knife in the
dishwasher.
Storage
Insert the blades into the Blade Sleeve carefully, store in a cool, dry and
ventilating place.
