5.1.2 Mounting the pyranometer
Required tools
– Slotted screwdriver, 8 mm
– Wrench, 8 mm

4 To insulate the pyranometer against the temperature of the mounting device, place the pyranometer on
the adjustable foot and the two leveling feet.
4 Position the pyranometer in such a way that the nuts are located at a distance of 2 to 3 mm from the
mounting device.
4 Make sure that the pyranometer is grounded.
4 Make sure that the pyranometer is not in the shade.
4 Align the signal line with the nearest pole to prevent electrical components from heating up.
