Installation and regulation
of power tool elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specific models
are not indicated in the illustration.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Installing / replacing accessories (see fig. 1-2)
After prolonged operation, the router bit
can become very hot, remove it using
gloves. This will also reduce the risk of
injury by the cutting edge.
• Turn the power tool upside down�
• Press and hold spindle lock 11 (see fig. 1).
• Release nut 12 using the wrench 25�
When replacing collet 28 or installing bush 21 (see
fig. 2):
[OF-1050 V]
• Unscrew nut 12;
• Replace collet 28;
• Screw nut 12 on spindle 29�
[OF-2100 V]
• Unscrew nut 12;
• Before removing collet 28 from nut 12, open locking
ring 30;
• If you want to use the router bit with the 8 mm
diameter shank - insert bush 21 into collet 28;
• Tighten nut 12 on spindle 29�
When installing or replacing the router bit:
• Install / replace the router bit, noting that the router
bit shank must be inserted into the collet 28 at least 20
mm deep�
• Tighten nut 12 using the open end wrench 25� Note:
never tighten nut 12 without the router bit - this can
damage collet 28.
After all the operations have been completed, release
spindle lock 11�
Dust extraction system (see fig. 3-4)
• Install cover 9 as shown in figures 3-4.
• Install adaptor 22 as shown in figures 3-4.
• Connect the external dust extracting device to
adaptor 22 (use a suitable adaptor if necessary)�
Guide bushing mounting / dismounting (see
fig. 5-6)
• Install guide bushing 24 into the base plate 4 and fix
it using screws 23 (see fig. 5-6).
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Parallel guide assembly / adjustment / installation
(see fig. 7-9)
• Assemble parallel guide 26 as shown in figures 7
and 8�
• Install parallel guide 26 into base plate 4 and fix it
with wing screws 5�
• The parallel guide for OF-2100 V has an adjusting
screw 34 which can be used for accurate adjustment
(see fig. 9).
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identification plate.
Switching the power
Switching on:
In order to switch on the power tool, push lock-off but-
ton 1 and while holding it in position, push switch but-
ton 2�
Switching off:
In order to switch off the power tool, release switch
button 2�

Dust collection decreases dust concentra-
tion in the air and prevents build up of dust at
the work station�
While
ways use a vacuum cleaner suitable for collecting
process-generated dust� A special adapter is used to
join the vacuum cleaner to adaptor 22�
Speed selector thumbwheel
Using speed selector thumbwheel 13, you may select
the required spindle speed (also during operation)�
The required speed is dependent on the material and
can be determined with practical trials�
When operating your power tool at a low speed for a
long time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes� To
