Q: Why is the camera prompts "CARD BLOCKED" and "CARD ERROR"
after inserting SD card?
A: (1) Please make sure the SD card is Class 6 or above; the camera
maximum supports 32 GB;
(2) Please make sure that the read-write function of the SD card had
been turned off;
(3) Please make sure that you have formatted the card with the
camera.
Q: Why the photos taken at night were black and white?
A: The machine will use infrared lighting at night shooting, but our eyes
cannot see an infrared scene, so it can only be processed into black
and white images for viewing.
Q: Why the machine can not detect moving objects in the ON mode and
automatically taking pictures?
A: (1) Please check if you have set the time lapse or time switch function
for the machine. Under time lapse mode, the auto-sensing feature of
the camera will stop working. And the camera also does not work
beyond the time set by the time switch function.
(2) Please check whether you have attached the machine to a proper
place. This machine takes a range of 90 degree fan-shaped area right
in front of the camera. The best imaging distance is 3-10 meters in
front of the camera.
