13. Troubleshooting
• The heater does not get warm.
- Is the heater switched on?
• Is the mains cable connected to the power supply? Check the mains connection and fuse (if applicable).
- Is the product standing upright? The integrated safety switch automatically switches the heater off if it tips over.
14. Care and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
housing or even impair the functioning of the product.
• Repair or maintenance work must only be carried out by a specialist or a repair centre. Under no circumstances
should you service any of the components in the interior of the product, therefore never open/dismantle it.
• Always unplug the product from the mains socket before cleaning it and allow it to cool down completely.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
• Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior of the product. Dust can be easily removed using a soft
and clean long-haired brush and a vacuum cleaner. Only use a small amount of water when cleaning the product.
• Avoid touching the reflector (for example, use a vacuum cleaner).
15. Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. At the end of
its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
Remove any inserted batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.
