• Always ensure the lights are properly grounded.
• Never lean over battery while connecting.
• Always remove jewelry and wear eye protection during installation.
• Always verify area is clear of fuel lines, fuel tank, brake lines, electrical wires, etc when drilling.

• Always use only the control switches, relays and harness provided with kit.
• Never modify the bulb, switch, relay and harness, ballast or use bulbs other than those specified.
• Never touch the lamp during or immediately after use with finger or bare skin.
• Never look at lamp or work near operating lamp for extended time.
• Never operate lights with covers installed on lights.
• Never turn the lights on and off frequently.
• Never submerge or get remote FOB wet .
• Always select a flat spacious area for installation.
• Always make sure bolts are adequately tightened.
• Always install light such that drain hole is at bottom, allowing any moisture to drain
Install the Lights:
Disconnect the negative (-) ground cable from the battery.
1. Select a location on the vehicle to mount the lights.
• The location should provide a solid, vibration-free mounting point that has adequate clearance for the
light housing and access to the mounting hardware.
• The mounting surface should be flat and larger than the light mounting bracket base.
• The lights should be mounted in the upright (stem down) position to reduce the possibility of water entry.
If the lights must be mounted stem/bracket up, the lens must be rotated 180° so the word "Top" in the
lens is at the top. The W2030F lens does not need to be rotated. IMPORTANT: W400D-HID and W700D-
HID can only be mounted upright.
• Do not block other vehicle lighting such as headlamps, turn signals, fog lamps, etc.
• Do not block engine cooling or intake air.
A. All lights except W2030F:Drill a 7/16" (11 mm) hole for each light. Remove the 10mm hex nut, lock washer
and flat washer from the light stem and reinstall when the light is in position.
B. W2030F:
1. Remove brackets from lights and hold brackets in position desired for mounting lights.
2. Mark two hole locations per bracket for mounting screws.
3. Remove bracket and drill 1/8" pilot holes at positions marked. (pilot holes may not be needed if installing into
plastic)
4. Install double sided tape gasket to top of bracket (remove backing to expose adhesive both sides) and ad-
here to vehicle.
5. Install mounting screws into pilot holes and reattach lights to brackets using screws removed earlier.
Install the Wireless Controller:
For best results mount the wireless controller as close to the cab firewall as possible.
1. Drill a 1/8" (3 mm) hole for the Wireless Controller. Important:Before drilling, make sure the area will fit the
controller and verify area is clear of fuel lines, fuel tank, brake lines, electrical wires, etc.
2. Use a 3/16" (5 mm) sheet metal screw (provided) or 1/4" (6 mm) machine screw with lock washer, flat wash-
er and flange nut and tighten. If a machine screw is used drill a 5/16" (11mm) hole.
