When a power input terminal is connected to a voltage with dangerous electrical

• The measurement category CAT l- refers to measurements on the building's electrical
installation.
This may include measurements on switchboards, circuit breakers, electrical installation
including cables, busbars, junction boxes, switches, sockets on the fi xed installation and
on equipment for industrial use or other equipment such as stationary motors
permanently connected to the fi xed installation.
Do not use the multimeter to take measurements in categories higher than I.
WARNING
