4. Error Codes:
F01: Aged battery (during charge) (battery voltage can be
increased)
a. Bad absorbability during charge. Replace the battery.
F02: Charge time exceeds 48 hrs. of charging.
a. Bad battery cell
b. No internal resistance
c. Replace the battery
F03: Reversed connection
a. Inversions of polarities (Negative (-) to Positive (+);
Positive (+) to Negative (-)
b. Correct connections
F04: Overheating
a. Charger stops operation for 30 minutes
b. Resume charging at the lowest amperage setting
F05: Ageing battery (charging completed)
a. Aged battery. Replace the battery
F06: Incorrect setup
a. Voltage setting of the charger does NOT comply with the
battery
b. Check the voltage type of the battery
c. Program the charger accordingly to the correct voltage
type.
00: Standby – Ready to charge

CHARGING TIME INSTRUCTIONS

1. Determine the battery percent of charge (or specific gravity)
with a hydrometer or electric tester.
2. Note the specific gravity or percent of charge on the
following chart. Use the column nearest the Ammeter
reading observed.
