and in the Wellness Coach - Health app. Tap "VALIDATE" then "NEXT".
The app shows you the nutritional values of the product based on the

 FILL IN FOOD NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION MANUALLY:
Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your smartphone.

In the Wellness Coach-Health app, tap the "MY DIET" tab and then on

"ENTER MANUALLY" tab.
Fill in your food nutritional information and then tap « NEXT ».

Fill in the day and time you ate the food.
