- Process for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and
floured loaf tin.
- Cook at Th. 6 for 55 minutes.
Whipped cream (serves 6/8 people)
- 250 ml whipping cream, cold, 50 g icing sugar.
- Put the cream and the icing sugar into the bowl
fitted with the emulsifier, then lock the lid in
place. Process for 1 minute.
Egg whites
- Put 2 to 4 egg whites and a pinch of salt into the
bowl fitted with the emulsifier, then lock the lid in
place.
- Process until the whites are stiff. Take care not to
put the pusher in the feeder tube in order to
allow plenty of air in the mixture.
